The Anatomy of a Workplace Mediation

This free webinar breaks down the anatomy of a workplace mediation case, taking you all the way through our seven-stage mediation model: from the private individual sessions, through the joint meeting, and ending with the building of the agreement. Dr Mike Talbot highlights key techniques of the mediator, as well as key considerations and points of interest throughout the process.
