This video features a quick glance at a southbound New York, Susquehanna & Western freight running along New York State Routes 5, 8 & 12 on May 8, 2023 and a longer look at a northbound NYS&W train on Utica's Schuyler Street on May 12, 2023. Of special note (and the reason I chased the May 12th freight): a graffiti-free RF&P hopper was in the consist. The Richmond, Fredericksburg & Potomac went out of business (absorbed by CSX) in 1991. Had to leave Witold behind on this chase (he'll join me again soon I'm sure).
