Trump Scores Massive Supreme Court Victory on Immigration

Today, the United States Supreme Court handed the Trump administration two major victories on immigration. In the first case, the Supreme Court ruled that migrants stopped before entering the United States do not have the right to apply for asylum. In the second case, the Court allowed the Trump administration to move forward with ending Temporary Protected Status for certain Haitian and Syrian migrants while legal challenges to the policy continue in court.
