Mr. Smith reports: "The first album turned out even more oppressive than our 2024 release, 'Songs of a Lost World.' 'Oppressive,' of course, is a terrible word. But the new album is truly quite dark." The second album, however, according to Robert, will be "poppy and positive." The musician describes this record as "weird pop music in the style of The Cure." The pop album is still being worked on, so Smith was rather sparing of details.
