This is a very consistent strategy; I even threw the first phase in this video and still managed. The swap to using indebted and the stasis DOT grenade launcher would've probably allowed for the three phase alone, but the swap to an attrition orbs DOT grenade launcher to get surges back makes the damage pretty free.
