I Tried the BEST RATED Indian Spot in the New York Area!

I've eaten at the best Indian restaurants in NYC, but in my opinion the best Indian restaurants in New Jersey are far superior! New Jersey is home to the highest concentration of Indian people in America and places like Edison, NJ are havens for authentic Indian food. Jersey City is also up there, with Jersey City's India Square being iconic! Today, I am trying a local favorite in Jersey City, the unassuming Balaji Bhavan. This humble dosa spot does not stand out on the street. It's rather modest in appearance, however my Indian friend told me it makes the best dosa he's ever had, even better than any dosa he's had in India! I knew I had to try it!
