TCS Nashik Harassment Case: Survivor Details Workplace Abuse As NCW Begins Investigation

A new survivor account has emerged in the TCS Nashik BPO harassment case, detailing months of alleged workplace misconduct. A woman employee has filed a complaint alleging sexual harassment, stalking, inappropriate touching, and derogatory remarks about her religion by five colleagues. The survivor, who joined the company in June 2025, detailed instances of suggestive remarks, offensive nicknames, forced physical contact, and intimidation at the workplace. Another female co-accused allegedly coerced the survivor regarding religious practices and attire. The company clarified that this female co-accused was a process associate and not part of the human resources department. Currently, nine police cases have been registered regarding the widespread allegations, which also include charges of rape and attempted religious conversion. A fact-finding committee from the National Commission for Women has arrived at the Nashik office to investigate the matter.
