This original design to the movie provides a semi development lineage for the Penelope, but the result is literally a visual mess. That mess also translated to the overall HG experience as the kit is so cluttered and heavy it's practically confined to one pose while having to prop it up. The transformation also wasn't the best experience ever. However, hidden within all the armor is a very good Mass Production Nu Gundam, despite the controversial stickers.
