Oh Shift 3.0!!! Brake Checked Semi!!! Code 3 Response!!!

Code 3 Response, running lights and sirens with our Peterbilt 1150R Rotator to an incident in the middle of the interstate. A semi tractor with a trailer load of lumber was allegedly "brake-checked", which locked up the brakes and transmission on the safety system of this truck and caused a load shift. Part of the load came off the trailer and part of it pushed the entire cab and hood forward!!! Thankfully, nobody was injured!!! The headache rack probably save the driver's life.
