Lembü Podcast | Episode-2

Welcome back, everyone, to the second episode of the Lembü Podcast — where we dive deep into meaningful conversations that matter to our communities and beyond. In this very special episode, we are honoured to be joined by none other than Shri N. T. Thamlong Phom — a respected voice and a tall figure across various social platforms. This year, in June 2025, Mr. Thamlong was part of the distinguished RRaD (Recover, Restore, and Decolonise) team that travelled to the Pitt Rivers Museum in London. The visit was a critical step in the ongoing international conversations surrounding the repatriation of human remains and cultural artefacts, particularly those taken during colonial times. In today’s episode, he shares with us his firsthand experiences from the museum visit — the emotions, the deliberations, the significance of the dialogues, and what repatriation means not just on a political or institutional level, but at a deeply human and cultural level. ___________________________________________________________________________ We acknowledge our thanks to: Mr. Longshing Phom for the sound arrangement SPBAD Media Team for the video production ___________________________________________________________________________ Kindly support @zero5photography and also seize the offer. 40:43 https://www.instagram.com/zero5photog...
