Next, we visited a completely different setup — Gurami Papa's Winery, a charming home winery that offers a more personal and authentic experience. Here, we got a closer look at traditional family-style winemaking, tasted homemade wines, and tried chacha prepared in a classic local way. The warmth, hospitality, and flavors made this visit truly special. From large-scale production to a cozy home winery, this journey gave us two sides of Georgia’s incredible wine heritage.
