Dan Perciun (PAS) și Grigore Novac (PSRM) despre relația cu politica, electoratul și adversarii

In this episode, we talked to two politicians: Dan Perciun, vice-president of the ruling PAS, and Grigore Novac, member of the Executive Committee of the PSRM, the largest opposition party. If not power, then what led them to make a career in such a reprehensible and controversial field? Some say that politics is our responsibility, everyone’s, and others say that it is only politicians’. But, however this responsibility is distributed, politicians are those of us who choose to deal with politics every day, that is, to make politics a career. In the first five episodes of this season of “Social Laboratory”, in which I investigate the relationship between Moldovans and politics, you met people of various ages and professions whose relationship with politics is more or less conscious. But none of these people are politicians by profession. As we promised at the beginning of this season, we also talked to the elected officials, to see how they understand politics and what makes them choose it as their main activity. Dan Perciun is 33 years old and has been Minister of Education and Research since the summer of 2023. From 2019 to 2023 he was a deputy, and since 2021 he has also been chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Social Protection, Health and Family. Grigore Novac is 41 years old, he is a deputy and chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Human Rights and Interethnic Relations. He has been a parliamentarian in all legislatures from 2014 to the present. We conducted the interviews with these two politicians separately, but we asked them the same questions, except for some clarification questions. The two represent parties with opposing political visions, but how different or similar is the way they understand politics and their role as politicians?
