Unhone allegation lagaya ki demolition ka plan ek bahana hai masjid par control hasil karne ka. 👉 Court’s observation: District Court ne dono taraf ki baatein sun kar kaha ki agar demolition aur reconstruction karna hai, toh uske liye proper reports ke saath Rajasthan High Court ya Commissioner se ijazat lena hoga. District Court directly aisa order nahi de sakti. ⚖️ Final order: Petitioners ki application dismiss kar di gayi — filhal ke liye masjid todne ki ijazat nahi mili.
