Ingredients Urad or urad dal - 250gms Green Chilli - 7-8 chopped Hing water (asofeatida) Salt to taste Method. 1. Wash urad couple of times, soak it in water for 5-6 hrs. 2. Grind it in mixer or grinder, while grinding in progress, add chopped green chillies, asofeatida water (Hing water), salt as per taste. Add water as needed 3. The batter should be thick like urad dal vada. 4. Using the hands, start dropping the batter on a plastic sheet like shown in video. 5. Sun dry for 2-3 days in hot sun. Once dried, store in air tight container. 6. Whenever needed, deep fry in hot oil.
