Tying in with a climbing partner means more than just working a few pitches or sending the crux together. It symbolizes an intersection of two approaches to the same sport, and how climbers at either end of a rope share similar goals. For renowned alpinists Ines Papert and Sarah Huenekin, the nexus of their aspirations comes as they both climb past the age of 50, inspired to keep pushing harder to achieve their full potential, while relentlessly working to better understand each other as climbing partners, as well as themselves.
