The Lion King: Bad Life - Sigrid ft. Bring Me The Horizon

Bring Me The Horizon) Video Editing Program Used: Wondershare Filmora 11 Video Creator's Notes: Going to break down this AMV in a bit more detail, although the storyline is pretty straight forward and familiar to those who are frequent viewers of my AMVs. Verse 1 and first chorus: Starts out with Kiara's memories that lead up to the present time (when the music starts). These memories illustrate how she doesn't really want to follow in the paw steps of her father, but would rather be with Kovu because he is what truly makes her happy. The first verse of the AMV shows how depressed she is without him since Simba forbade her from ever being with or seeing Kovu again. No matter how hard she tries though, Kiara can't help but to remember how happy she was when she was with Kovu. The first chorus basically shows that despite her apprehension about not wanting to let down her father, her ultimate choice should be to stay with Kovu. Verse 2 and second chorus: This part of the AMV starts out showing Kovu's memories that lead up the present time (again, when the music starts). His memories show his own struggles with having to fill a role that he wants nothing to do with, that being avenging Scar's death and fulfilling the destiny that Zira has set upon him. The second verse reflects how Kovu struggles inwardly with wanting to control his own destiny, not to be seen as or be associated with Scar, and that the only peace that he manages to find in life is when he's with Kiara. The second chorus shows how, as the lyrics state, times won't always be bad and that he can have better life if he's with Kiara. Bridge and final chorus: After Kovu and Kiara reunite, they remember just how happy they make each other, and that their destinies aren't with their respective prides but rather with each other. This prompts Kovu to build up the courage to ask Simba if he can be with Kiara. Much to his dismay however, Simba refuses. This sends Kiara into a fit of depression, which in turn, leads her to get caught up in a wildfire. Thankfully, Kovu arrives in time to rescue her, and unbeknownst to Kiara and Kovu, Simba sees the heroic act and finally accepts Kovu to be Kiara's mate. So that's it. Not a lot of effects in this AMV and I did my best to lyric match. Not really sure if splitting the audio into two sections ruins the flow of the AMV but I thought I'd give it a try anyways.
