Solo riding TET Romania | Leaving home (E1 2024)

This series of episodes is about my experience while motorcycle riding the Trans Euro Trails (TET) in Romania, solo, with a minimalist luggage setup. I previously did the Southern Carpathian mountains segment and I am now attempting to do the Eastern and Northern segments. In this episode, we're leaving Bucharest, hitting the trails and having a bit of fun. There's some whining about the mud (my rear tire is a 16K km old Mitas E07+) and some choices about forbidden access roads. By then end we will have reached Covasna. This video spans 2 days, one of riding and one of exploring Covasna. I'm doing it all on a light dual-sport (my 2018 Honda CRF 250L) and I have a decent amount of riding experience, but there won't be any hardcore enduro moments here. This is something many people can attempt if they are so inclined, with the proper precautions and the proper setup.
