2025 General Assembly - OPENING SESSION

Over the past year, our great church has witnessed its members excel across a wide variety of life and ministry from earning honors in collegiate and professional sports, to being recognized by the National Recording Academy and The White House, to celebrating decades of successful entrepreneurialism to establishing Mary Magdalena Tate University, and planting and launching new churches across multiple nations. These accomplishments reflect the favor of God and the extraordinary gifts within our organization. As we gather this year, let us be reminded that while life’s challenges are real, God’s remedy is greater. Love is still His command. Joy is still His promise. And the Holy Ghost is still His gift. The 2025 General Assembly is our time to remind the church to sow in love through service, sacrifice, and unity and to expect a harvest of joy that cannot be taken away.
