Itinerari - Volpara, la festa del dolce moscato

In this episode, we stop in Volpara, a small village in the Versa Valley, in the hills of the Oltrepò Pavese. Together with Mayor Martino Bossi, we'll embark on a journey to discover Moscato di Volpara, the sweet wine that will be celebrated with a festival on July 19th and 21st, featuring culinary and cultural events. We'll visit the vineyard to discover the secrets of cultivation, and we'll taste it as guests of the Tempio del Moscato, a deconsecrated church that has become a hub for those who want to sample the product. We'll pair it with traditional dishes, both sweet and savory, at local agritourism establishments. We'll also include a tour of the village, now a popular tourist destination for both foreigners and tourists.
