Mr.Ahamed Kabeer,MLA Mankada constituency delivering the inaugural speech during the formal addressing of the gathering on the 2nd day of the Nilambur Pattulsav Tourism Festival 2013. Mr.Ahamed Kabeer was telling how decentralization of all Socio - Political affairs helped the roots of the society which are the panchayats to function more efficiently. Thereby, developing a nation with an inclusive concepts.There cultural event were earlier exclusively for a particular society but when a municipality comes forward to reach this celebration to all its people it becomes an inclusive development process. He expressed urge for bringing a society together which is the need of the hour where there are many atrocities happening. He emphasis how important it is for us to realize the essence of our culture. Festivals like "Nilambur Pattulsav" should bring people of diverse cultures to come together and celebrate brotherhood. Today we are looking at a society which has forgotten its values. Absorbing only the negative values of western culture will ruin the society, instead we have to take this opportunity to introspect and rectify the mistakes and realize that it is not the financial capital but the cultural capital which will being a balance to human society. He hoped and wishes the festivals like the Nilambur Pattulsav with inspire to revive our culture and strive to uphold National Integration. He congratulate Mr. Aryadan Shoukath,Chairman Nilambur Municipality for his organizing excellence. He said has a pleasant surprise to see a whole town involved in celebration void of any cultural, Religious, Political differences.
