The first thing that I advise is use a good moisturizer a hydrate daily, you can purchase a good moisturizer anywhere go to a professional if possible. As a home remedy 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil and a few drops of tea tree oil and massage for several minutes. The jojoba oil is very nourishing the tea tree oil is an antiseptic. Additionally, apply a chemical exfoliant such as alpha hydroxy acid or urea this will soften, exfoliate and also a humectant. Exfoliate regularly so the pores & ostias, which are the opening of the follicles are kept always nice smooth and clean. A lot of people will use brown sugar mixed with aloe or mixed with oils and gently scrub. Something a little bit stronger scrubs may have granules or acid such as AHA from sugarcane or lactic acid that a little bit stronger and you see quicker results.
