The future is here: the use of CAD/CAM in lingual and clear aligner treatments Digital orthodontics had never been so easy. The process of digital scanning (with leading intra-oral scanners) will be demonstrated and explained and it’s advantages over PVS impressions will be presented. Digital 3D model is used for Clear aligners or lingual orthodontics treatment with 3D diagnostic and planning tools, simulation options (both for patients and for the interdisciplinary team) and manufacturing process through one click process. Accuracy and predictability are the main keys of the cases that will be presented to support the digital concept. This lecture was presented as keynote speaker on WSLO (world Society of Lingual Orthodontics) meeting, Bangkok 2017.
