Elite Dangerous - Chieftain vs Medusa (2 Small Gauss, Basic ammo, No Heatsink)

The build: https://edsy.org/s/vZL7bGl (Explications en français en dessous) For a while now, I've been wondering if it was possible to take down an interceptor without using a heatsink (without exploiting the firing bug). The idea I had was to reproduce a mistake that some 'beginners' make in AX: firing their Gauss while simultaneously using beam lasers with the 'Thermal Vent' experimental effect to continuously cool down. The mistake here is that the lasers impact the distributor and consequently cause heat spikes, despite the experimental effect. Moreover, heat sinks greatly help with the weapon distributor's regeneration. As a result, I had to drastically reduce my firepower so that the distributor could handle the rate required by the Gauss cannons. Despite this, in the initial tests, my temperature tended to peak beyond the maximum 20% required in a fight against an interceptor. Therefore, I had to equip the ship with a cold generator and a distributor oriented weapons, which is totally unusual on a Chieftain. Depuis un bon moment je me demandais si il était possible de faire un kill d'intercepteur sans utiliser de dissipateur thermique (sans abuser du bug de tirs). L'idée que j'avais était de reproduire une erreur que certains "débutants" commettent en AX: tirer leurs Gauss tout en tirant avec des lasers avec l'effet expérimental "ventilation thermique" pour refroidir continuellement. L'erreur qu'il y a derrière c'est que les lasers ont un impact sur le répartiteur et provoquent par conséquent des piques de chaleur, malgré l'effet expérimental. En plus de ça les dissipateurs thermiques aident énormément à la régénération du répartiteur au niveau armement. Par conséquent, j'ai été obligé de diminuer drastiquement ma puissance de feu pour que le répartiteur puisse supporter le rythme que demande les Gauss. Malgré tout, lors des 1ers tests, ma température avait tendance à plafonner au delà des 20% maximum qu'exigent un combat contre un intercepteur. Il a donc fallu que j'équipe le vaisseau d'un générateur froid et d'un répartiteur orienté armement, ce qui est totalement inhabituel sur un Chieftain.
