The most requested recipe! Mimi's challah!

Of all the recipe requests I've gotten, I got flooded with requests for the challah we are seeing going at with so much gusto during the shabbos meal at Mimi Rose's house. Today, Mimi was so kind as to share the recipe! I don't know why her instructions made her morph into a Hungarian grandma (that's not actually her accent) but it's very apt for Purim, the holiday that's coming next week. Challah Recipe: 4 tablespoons of dry yeast 1 cup of warm water let sit for an hour 6 lb of high gluten flour 2 tablespoons of kosher salt 3/4 cup of sugar 3 eggs 1 cup of olive oil mix with 5 more cups of warm water let it rise for 1h30 mold it, egg wash the top, add your seeds of choice, put it in a greased tin put it in the oven at 350 for 1h.
