The Biblical Logic of Miracles - Ptr. Joey Crisostomo

The ultimate aim of Jesus’ signs and wonders was to lead people to faith. John 20:30-31 summarizes this: "Jesus performed many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book. But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name." The miracles were not the end goal but a means to bring people to a saving relationship with Christ. When Jesus performed miracles, he often said, "The Kingdom of God has come upon you." The miracle wasn't just a favor for one person; it was a "leak" of Heaven’s reality into a broken world. Miracles serve as a down payment. They show what the world will look like when God fully restores it (no more blindness, hunger, or death), even though we still live in a world where those things exist for now. Stretch out your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant Jesus. - Acts 4:30 #Providence #Sovereignty #SpiritualGrowth #Metanoia #HeavensOpen #Restoration #DivineTiming #GraceAbounds
