(New and Improved) Air Fried Toad in the Hole.

I like making this a lot, especially with Autumn on the way its a great comfort food and can be adapted for most budget's, I think I have probably got as far as I'm going to go with Air Fried Toad in the Hole. The changes I made with this one were very small, instead of 50ml of milk this was reduced to 40ml so the mixture was a little thicker. Adding a 1/4 tsp of baking powder seemed to make a marked improvement as was using a far shallower dish than I used before which seemed to help with the heat distribution without raising the batter to close to the heating element. This was amazing, I was originally going to eat half as I made this as 2 servings but it tasted so good I ended up eating both portions. Ingredients 4 fairly good sausages (room temp) 1 free range egg (room temp) 40ml milk (room temp) 35 grams plain flour ( 2 heaped Tbsp's ) Pinch of Salt 1/4 tsp baking powder 4 tsp's vegetable oil Serves 2 Cooking Times Oil preheat 205c for 5 minutes Browning sausages 8 minutes at 190c (turned half way) Making the batter 3 minutes Toad in the Hole 12 minutes at 190c (Do not open Air Fryer for the 12 minutes)
