How stressful can running a salon be? [ Choppy Cuts DEMO ] solo gameplay no commentary

I played this demo last year. I find it interesting because the game mechanics is similar to Overcooked which I very much enjoyed playing with a group or solo. We weren't able to test playing as a group though because I was using Windows and my sister was using Mac. For some reason, we can't join each other's game so I just played it solo. I like the gameplay although I can't help but feel like the difficulty doesn't adjust for solo gameplay. I've tried several times to complete the final challenge but I just can't do it.
