Challenge Strada Bianca 30c open tubular tires Unboxing, weight and dimensions. Hard to mount!

I really liked the look of these Challenge Strade Bianca tires, and rolling around on 30c tires is like floating on clouds plus they work nice as emergency gravel tires. But the "open tubular" deal made them an absolute pain to mount the first time, as you can see in this video. Let me know if you have trick for mounting these.
