On the second day of the Global Kashmiri Pandit conclave Mohammed Yousuf Tarigami is a politician from Jammu and Kashmir.He belongs to the Communist party of India (CPI-M) and is a member of the J&K legislative assembly to which he has been elected five times consecutively since 1996, representing the Kulgam assembly constituency. Mr Targami gave a hard hitting speech advocating for the honourable return and rehabilitation of the KP community back to their home of generations.
