AEW Redemption 2026 Review | THE WEAKEST AEW PPV OF THE YEAR??

DerekJ Speaks! is back again to talk some AEW and this time, we're going over their first ever REDEMPTION show LIVE from Montreal! This may go down as one of the weaker, unnecessary PPVs AEW has ever produced, as nothing on the show rose to the level of highest standards previously set by past shows. Instead, this show highlighted several issues with not only the current AEW product, but their overall format for PPV: weak build-up, average storytelling and far too many long matches.However, some good did still shine through, as we had several good-great matches, some Women's Titles changing hands, and some great storyline development involving Will Ospreay, Kenny Omega, and (believe it or not) The Death Riders.
