Cut the cold butter into cubes 2. 썰은 버터, 밀가루, 설탕을 넣고 자르듯이 섞는다 2. Add chopped butter, flour, and sugar and mix them as if cutting them 3. 버터가 콩만 해졌을 때 차가운 물 2스푼 넣어 뭉치고 냉장실에 30분 휴지시킨다 3. When butter is as big as beans, add 2 spoons of cold water and rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes 4. 우유, 설탕, 밀가루를 잘 풀어준 후 약불에 데운다 4. Mix milk, sugar, and flour well and heat them on low heat 5. 계란 노른자를 풀고 식힌 우유를 넣어 섞어준다 5. Loosen egg yolk and mix with cooled milk 6. 냉장실에서 휴지시킨 반죽은 6등분 하여 틀에 얇게 펴준다 6. Divide the discarded dough in the fridge into six equal pieces and spread thinly in a mold 7. 계란 필링을 90% 채워준 후 180도 오븐에 30분 굽는다(에어프라이어도 가능) 7.
