Brownies de chocolate sin TACC

INGREDIENTS: 100g brown sugar 170g white sugar 4 eggs 160g chocolate 80g butter 70g gluten-free premix or 0000 flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Chocolate frosting or cream 300g powdered sugar 60g butter 260g cream cheese 180g chocolate 1 tbsp instant coffee Process For the brownie: In a bowl, place the chocolate and butter and melt in a double boiler. Mix the eggs with the sugars. Then add the melted chocolate and butter and mix. In another bowl, mix the flour with baking powder and finally add to the chocolate mixture. Place on a greased and floured baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 40 minutes. Remove from the oven after this time and let cool. For the chocolate frosting: Melt the chocolate with the butter and coffee in a double boiler. Beat the cream cheese at room temperature and add the melted chocolate to combine. Then gradually add the powdered sugar. Place in the refrigerator. Decorate the brownie with the frosting and serve.
