Elizabeth's Early Foreign Policy
This video looks at the early foreign policy of Elizabeth 1st (1558-1568). I examine the possible marriages, the story and possible threat from Mary Queen of Scots and go on to look at England's policy towards and relationship with Scotland, France and Spain. England arguably pursues a pro-Protestant policy but Elizabeth is not whole hearted in this during this period. This is part of my Tudor playlist aimed at A Level students covering the AQA unit 1C, this video takes us a step closer to covering the entire spec. subscribe for notifications as more videos are added.
