Porter Cable: Replacement of Top & Bottom Bearings

This is an in-depth video about the relatively easy task of replacing the two bearings on a large Porter Cable router. This router is model number 7539, but series 7500 will be similar and many routers will have similar procedures. The bearing sizes: Upper (smaller); 15mm x 35mm x 11 thick (the number reads 6202, but I'd go off sizes) Lower (larger); 25 x 47 x12 mm thick (6005LU) ID x OD x thickness Shop around for your bearings! (If you want!;-) Bearings can be expensive, but they shouldn't be! Locally, I was quoted $37 dollars for one bearing! I found a two-pack of one size for $8 bucks with free shipping...and they were the identical brand, box, same SKU number etc. Speaking of routers....If you have the Shaper Origin, I have a new and awesome product!
