Ghulam Rasool S/O Hassan deen migrated from Sohian Kalan ਸੋਹੀਆਂ ਕਲਾਂ. Sohian-Kalan village near Majitha is located at 1.50Km distance from Majitha. During 1984 when operation Blue star was conducted on 06 Jun 1984, terrorists announced from all the gurudwara (06 Nos gurudwaras held in village) to leave the village from peoples of Hindu Community. All the Hindus named Shri Udhay Sain Soi, Bheem Sain Soi, Mangal Sain Soi, Pt Sh Anant ram, Shri Kewal Krishan, Shri bau Ram, Shri Ved Prakash and some others left the village on the same night after announcement made by the terrorists and stayed from several days in Dharamshala located at Majitha. Now there is no person of Hindu community in the village. 10 Acre land in the name of Shiv temple exists in the village. There are two temples in the village. Since there is no Hindu in the village, Govt should take interest to take care of Mandir land for development of village mandirs and other religious buildings.
