Sony laptop not turning on NO power, NO charge (Motherboard diagnostic and repair)

This Sony laptop seems dead when you push the power button nothing shows. There charge light does not light up. This is an issue with the mother board, I had to replace one of the PNP power mosfets and there was a bad connection on the power management IC. After fixing those issues the laptop works well. Things to test Supply voltage is 19V 3A Mosfets on the main power rail. no short after the power mosfets behind the current sense resistor.
