The sound of serune kalee accompanies the groom's entourage, creating a solemn and sacred atmosphere. 2. Tuka Batee Ranup Procession: The bride will welcome the groom's entourage by giving them betel, known as batee ranup. This is a symbol of hospitality and acceptance. The betel symbolizes happiness and prosperity for the couple. 3. Handover of Gifts: The groom's entourage hands over gifts or dowries to the bride's family. These gifts usually consist of various items needed by the bride, such as clothing, jewelry, and traditional foods. 4. Tuka Peu Payoeng Kuneng: This procession involves the groom giving a yellow umbrella to the bride. The yellow umbrella symbolizes the groom's protection and care for the bride. 5. Ranup Lampuan Dance Performance: A traditional Acehnese dance performance called Ranup Lampuan is presented. This dance is usually performed by a group of female dancers dressed in traditional Acehnese attire. This dance reflects the beauty and elegance of Acehnese culture. 6. Sipreuk Breuh Pade Procession: In this procession, the bride and groom will give each other rice and paddy as a symbol of prosperity and blessings in their married life. 7. Bridal Parade Procession to the In-Laws' Dining Room: The bride and groom will be paraded to the in-laws' dining room, where they will dine with their extended family. This is a moment of togetherness and joy for both families. 8. Bridal Parade Procession to the Main Wedding Stage: After the meal, the bride and groom will be paraded to the main wedding stage. They will sit on the wedding stage as king and queen for the day, receiving congratulations and prayers from the invited guests.
