Absolutely Loaded! - Metal Detecting an Antique Dealer's Early American 1740’s Quaker House

This week Doug and I metal detect a 1740's Quaker House and wow did we get one a heck of a bonus along the way. This property was part of a working farm in the 1700 and 1800s, and must have been where the Smith shops were located. After a rain the homeowner has been finding tons of pottery, coins, and other period items right on the surface and has done so for the last 30 years that they've lived there! Not only that, but the homeowner is also a colonial antiques dealers with a house totally full of Pilgrim to early 1800's items that she was gracious enough to give me a tour of.
