Opus Mall Night Road Trip II - Driving in the Philippines 🇵🇭

We're going to Opus Mall again but this time during the rotational brownout. NGCP declared red alert on Luzon electricity grid that means some places in Quezon City will have no power in a given period of time (hours of no power). Condominium units have no power but the backup generator is working so as the elevators. Some buildings have power in Eastwood City but some places have not. Street lights, traffic lights not working.
