Farak samjho. 4. LEVERAGE HI ASLI SKILL HAI Problem Solving, Teams Influence, Kaam Karwane Ki Capability Khud kaam karna nahi, kaam karwana seekho. Companies workers ko salary deti hain, Leaders ko premium deti hain. WHAT TO DO - 5 STEP PLAN: 1. Build Competence - Skill me master bano 2. Communication Improve - Bolna seekho, samjhana seekho 3.
