exploration needs a method (music journal #15)
This week I focused on sound exploration rather than composition. Using a modified fan, a 12-string guitar and a series of experiments, I discovered some beautiful sounds that could become part of future compositions. But I also realized that research without a clear structure quickly becomes chaos. So the challenge became not only finding sounds, but building a method: a way to organize samples, recordings and video material so that experimentation can eventually become music. Part of my weekly music journal documenting the creative process behind the world of Solaria. More about solaria: https://solaria.lorenzofrizzera.it
