This formula only counts the cells we want, or rather, the cells that match our commands. We can create formulas that count text values, or formulas that can count specific numeric values, all thanks to the magic of the CountIf function. However, there must be only one command, or criterion, to be followed. If we want to insert a more complicated command to perform the counting, something with more than one criterion, we must use the extremely similar CountIfs function, which we will discuss in the next video in this series (link above). The CountIf function only counts elements that meet a single criterion. This description contains promotional links. This helps support the channel and allows us to continue making videos like this.
