TVA Kingston Federal Signal Mod 1004 Siren Custom Hi-Lo + Voice 12/10/2020

They got the voice going with the sirens again but this one took a while to kick in. In the middle of the test, this one cut out with the rest for a second (1:19) and fell out of sync with the other Mods throughout the facility. As usual, I filmed the one Modulator in Parking lot B where you can park for recreational purposes. I eventually realized there was another parking lot much closer to this siren where fishing takes place and got a better shot. I did amplify the audio for the announcement before and after the test as well as subtitle what is being said so you guys could understand better.
