CX AI Workflow Demo: NotebookLM + Claude for Customer Risk Signals

In this demo, I walk through a CX AI workflow that uses NotebookLM and Claude to turn scattered customer knowledge into a repeatable operating system for customer risk, health signals, escalations, and renewal visibility. The goal is not to replace CX teams. It is to help business leaders and operators spot patterns faster, organize context better, and make sharper decisions from the information they already have. This workflow shows how AI can support customer experience, retention strategy, and cross-functional decision-making when the right context, rules, and source materials are in place.
