After hours of searching along moss-covered rock cliffs, she gathers a good harvest of healthy forest snails. On her way home, she also collects fresh wild vegetables to prepare a traditional family meal. Stopping by a cool mountain stream, she takes a short rest, washes her hands, and enjoys the peaceful beauty of nature. Back at home, the snails are carefully cleaned and soaked for two days to remove dirt and impurities. She then prepares traditional herbs and seasonings, including ginger leaves, lemongrass, and guava leaves, before boiling the snails using a simple mountain-style recipe. This video captures the authentic lifestyle of rural mountain people, living close to nature and making delicious traditional meals from ingredients gathered in the wild.
