From Ely to Moab | Solo Camping Near Canyonlands

After crossing Nevada and sleeping in a Love’s parking lot, I woke up determined to do Utah differently. This dispatch takes me from Ely into Utah canyon country, with a stop near Great Basin after a near accident, a gorgeous overlook at Sand Bench, a bookish detour through Moab at Back of Beyond Books, and finally out to Wind Whistle Campground near Canyonlands for the kind of tent night I had been hoping for all along.
