Set high above one of South Africa’s most famous wine towns, this place feels completely removed from the busy village below. Mountain views, winter mornings in the Cape Winelands, hidden trails, ice-cold plunge pools, incredible food, and then a rooftop-style bar perched on the mountainside that feels too unreal to be in Franschhoek at all. This is not just another wine-country hotel.
