Motorhoming off grid : Our first experience What is motorhoming off grid like? By off grid I mean without electric and not wild camping. We spent two nights on a quiet certified site at Bishops Lydeard, Taunton. With our caravan we had previously stayed on sites with EHU as we did not have a solar panel. The Adria Matrix 520 has a 140 watt panel fitted and has given us the confidence to stay off grid. Over the coming weeks we intend to visit more CS locations, which offer great value for money and are usually quiet compared to large commercial sites.
