In this case I will show you the joint taping kit, which is a briefcase made up of: A corner roller A corner palette One 80mm roller A 10cm spatula A 180mm roller A 30cm spatula An adjustable spatula support. Two extendable poles. ๐ You can learn more about this kit here: www.outilparfait.com I have been lucky enough to be able to meet with a person from the company, who has explained to me how it works and how it works. It is a company that is always looking for ways to improve. Before launching a product on the market, they give a sample to professionals in the sector, who usually work with this type of tool, so that they can give their opinion and comment on whether they can improve something. It is a brand that I liked a lot and I recommend it. Video transcript: Let's tape!! Hey!!! With L'util Parfait Ohhh. This is the joint taping kit. Throughout the video I will tell you a little more about the tools. For this system it is recommended to use cube paste. We stir it well with a drill so that it takes on a good texture and grips well with the rolling pin. We cut the paper ribbons. First of all we will use the 80 mm roller. We have the extensible sticks, which will facilitate a more comfortable work. This click system gives us a greater firmness of the roller's fastening to the extendable pole, for a better job. Now we dip it in the paste and pass it through the joint as if we were painting. If we see that the paste does not stick well to the roller, we can add a little water and stir. For the placement of the tape we will use the 10 cm spatula, which has a flexible and strong blade to be able to tighten the tape well. It has a hooking system where we can put the position that best suits us. When placing the tape, if we look closely, it has a small relief in the center on one side. That must go against pasta. We put a little paste on the spatula to be able to hold the tape. We make force so that the tape is well tightened. We remove the excess paste that remains on the sides. Hey, if you're subscribed, thank you very much. And if you're not, hit subscribe now. The paste that remains on the spatula, we simply clean it against the bucket. The good thing about working with the extension poles is that we are always working in a very good position with the body. We avoid climbing stairs and having to bend down. The body will thank us. We pour paste on the screws. For the screws I prefer to use the 30cm spatula, because with the 10cm there are always scratches on the sides and with the 30cm it is a simple pass. The 80mm roller is ideal for gluing the tapes because you add enough paste for the tape. The good thing about the 10cm spatula is that it is perfect for tightening the tape in these areas where the plates have the indentation. For the corners we fold the tape in half. This is the roller for the corners, which as we can see is the smallest and is a little different. It is important that there is always plenty of paste, that there are no dry areas. Make sure you roll well over everything. To tighten the tape we have the corner trowel, which is very flexible and adapts perfectly to the corner of the wall and also hooks with the click system. We press so that it adapts to the corner and slide. For these corners we can use the corner guard or metal corners. With the roller it is very easy to cover the corners with paste. We place the guard, we tighten it with our fingers and then we pass it the spatula. It's the same on the ceiling: we dip the roller in the paste and pass it through the joint. To place the tape, we hold it on the spatula. But in this case, for a good placement, what we do first is to stick only the tape and then we press from the center to one side and to the other. We remove the excess from the sides. After working with this system for a while, in my opinion, it is much faster and more efficient. The best thing is that you always work very comfortably, with your body upright, and that means your back doesn't suffer. To cut the tape is easy: we put force on the spatula and pull the roll. In the corners we do the same: we apply paste with the corner roller. We glue the tape. We press it with the corner trowel.
