Nature, sunshine & memories. Micro camper day out - Calstone, Wiltshire-walk in nature to de-stress

Nature is so good for mental health and wellbeing, a day out or a few hours somewhere peaceful can be as good as a holiday and a micro camper is the perfect way to get there. Life can be hectic, sad and stressful sometimes, and we often don’t make time for these important self care moments. Join me as I retrace a walk I did often as a child with my parents, travelling in the vw caddy maxi life I have built myself in memory of my mum who loved this place so much and who’s passion for travel and nature was inspiring. Walking round I could see them in my memories, walking the road ahead of me as I flopped behind, probably with wellingtons full of water and muddy knees. My mum with her backpack of snacks and drinks and my dad with his well traveled walking stick tapping the ground. Happy days. So even if you don’t have time to go away somewhere, a few hours out in nature can certainly help de-stress and unwind.
